Until they get to the weight room. Then, their resilience and strength work against them.
You see, most female athletes are independent, reserved, and self sufficient. They know how to get work done! But in a weight room setting, it makes them the most likely to be under served. They work hard on their own rarely asking questions or becoming the "squeaky wheel" advocating for their progress.
Instead they move quickly, get their training done, and move on to sports skill because they know what to do. This leaves a lot of untapped power leading to a lack of drive to become MUCH STRONGER, MUCH FASTER, MUCH HEALTHIER.
For the BEST training effect, they need to learn about their POTENTIAL in the weight room.

Teamwork Bloomington has created the ALL WOMEN ATHLETE POWER PROGRAM with that purpose in mind.
A 6 week strength and conditioning program for the woman athlete who knows she has untapped potential!
For athletes ranging in ages 12-18 with all sport interests and levels, we have built programming to help our women train like elite athletes.
Lead Sports Performance coach, Rod Root, has carried women teams to State Championships, coached countless Division 1 women athletes, and creates a solid community of safe and positive values to keep our women athletes feeling welcome and motivated. Now he and his wife, Erin--Head Performance Coach, have put an approachable, challenging program for the female athlete.
This program includes:
*3 60 minute workout sessions a week, scheduled flexibly from the following times...6am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm M-F, 8am, 9am, 10am Saturday, and 11am Sunday.
*Personalized coaching from a knowledgeable staff
*close attention to form and health of the athlete.
*a safe community to learn and get better with other developing athletes.
In the 6 weeks of training, the athlete will see their strength increase, their explosiveness executed with less effort, and their sense of confidence increase.

There will be an Early Sign Up Rate for only $229 until 10/5.
Then the rate will increase to $299.
