"It's Just Not Sustainable."

Have you heard this before?

Have you said it yourself?

Has it been your go to phrase when fitness or nutrition stop fitting into your lifestyle?

If it has, you are not alone.  The fitness and health community like to make people feel like they are right.

Like people know themselves much better than a random health or fitness practitioner does.

And in fairness, YOU DO KNOW TODAY'S SELF MUCH BETTER THAN YOUR STRENGTH COACH.

However, TODAY'S SELF is naive.

TODAY'S SELF can't predict tomorrow.

TODAY'S SELF can't completely know his or her capability tomorrow.

TODAY'S SELF can only make decisions in hopes of making tomorrow better, more valuable, and progressing.

Sustainability comes into question when TODAY'S SELF is tested, presented with a challenge that makes life uncomfortable for longer than anticipated.

I'm tired of choosing what food to eat.

I'm tired of showing up to my workouts.

I'm frustrated with my results.

When thinking like this starts to rear its ugly head, we say, well that is just not sustainable.

In reality, you haven't made a decision to change.  You have instead attached yourself to a goal which you think is valuable...a goal that reminds you of a you that felt better about themselves...a you that deserved a better life.

BUT...you CAN have a better life and a healthy life that doesn't force you to live in the cyclical battle of progress and stagnancy.

You just need to change how you think about the POTENTIAL YOU.

And that is why I have written The Sustainability Myth.

I know that every single human being is capable of vibrancy and greatness, they just have to create new ways of talking to themselves.

After years of talk therapy, years of training athletes, years working with millionaires, years of nutrition coaching, I developed a series of essays which confronts how sustainable your health model can be.

Infallible.

Challenged.

Successful.

If you struggle with achieving a vibrant life and future, these essays are for you.

And I am giving away my book, a $30 value, free.

At the cost of shipping to you, I will send you my book absolutely free.

You could be on the way to a stronger you in less than 3 days.
