At most gyms, you pay your monthly fees and if you don't show up, no one knows and no one cares. Not at Teamwork! We keep you accountable through check-ins, social media, e-mail, and personal calls.

  • Schedule your Team Work Bloomington session online a week ahead of time right from your phone or computer.
  • Get automatic updates and reminders via email and your google calendar.
  • Call to Cancel - If you need to reschedule your session let us know 24 hours in advance or pay the price!

Fitness Coaching

  • While you workout we keep you focused and intense, coaching you up along the way.
  • We make sure you finish your workout schedule, work up a sweat and feel the burn!

  • We want you to feel confident about yourself and your body but we're tough on bad ideas.
